2018-2019

For the 2018-2019 school year, Good Shepherd Lutheran School & Precious Lambs Early Childhood Learning Center has partnered with TADS, an industry leader, to manage our admissions and enrollment, financial aid assessment and tuition management processes unless otherwise noted.

Explanation of Fees

All fees are due when completing your agreement during the open enrollment period in the summer unless otherwise noted. Your tuition will be due based on the selected payment option you choose.
  • Non-Refundable Application Fee (due when submitting the online application)
    • An application submitted to Precious Lambs Preschool before March 1 – $75 per student
    • An application submitted to Precious Lambs Preschool on or after March 1 – $100 per student
  • Supply / Activity Fee (due when completing your enrollment online during the summer)
    • This fee covers field trips, workbooks/worksheets, printing/copying supplies, misc. supplies, technology costs. The cost for hearing and vision screening provided by the DuPage County Health Department is also included – $100 per student.
Payment Options & Associated Fees
  • Credit Card (3% convenience fee will be charged for each payment made.)
  • Automatic Bank Withdrawal from your checking or savings account (no additional fee).
  • Mail in Payment to TADS; your check made payable to TADS (no additional fee).
    • Your check must be received by TADS (Minnesota office) by the due date to avoid a late fee.
    • ** The School Office is unable to accept payments for the above charges.
Milk Program (due on Orientation Day in August; checks made payable to the school)
  • This fee is for those who choose a milk program. You will be advised of the programs and costs in the summer mailing. Program selection and payment are made on Orientation Day in August.
After Care Program (checks made payable to the school)
This program is available to full day students.  It is available from 3:15 to 5:45pm, Monday through Friday.
  • The cost is $3 per 1/2-hour per child.
  • $10 non-refundable registration fee due on Orientation Day in August
  • $15 non-refundable registration fee due after Orientation Day in August.
For the milk and After Care Programs, payment via check is encouraged.  We are unable to make change.

Tuition

Tuition is charged to each student as outlined below.
Programs being offered:
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 8:10am – 12:00pm $178/mo or $1,602/yr
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 8:10am – 3:00pm $356/mo or $3,204/yr
  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 8:10am – 12:00pm $250/mo or $2,250/yr
  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 8:10am – 3:00pm $467/mo or $4,203/yr
  • Monday – Friday, 8:10am - 12:00pm $375/mo or $3,375/yr
  • Monday – Friday, 8:10am – 3:00pm $700/mo or $6,300/yr
Tuition Payment Plans & Associated Fees
  • Tuition may be paid in full due September 20th or 2 installments due September 20th and January 20th. There is no TADS setup fee with either of these options.
  • Tuition may be paid in 9 monthly installments (September – May). Choose from the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th of the month. If you choose this option, TADS charges a one-time setup fee of $45 payable at the time of completing your Agreement.

Statements & Associated Fees
  • You may select to receive your statements via email at no additional cost to you.
  • You may select to receive your statements via mail. If you select “Mailed Statements,” TADS charges a one-time setup fee of $18 at time of completing your agreement.
Insufficient Funds Fee
  • Payments that are returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or any other reason will result in a $35 returned payment fee.
Late Fee
  • If payment isn’t received by TADS by the due date, a late payment fee of $35 will be added to your account.
Financial Assistance & Associated Fees
  • Financial assistance is available. A family will be determined as eligible for assistance only after completing a Financial Assistance Application at http://www.mytads.com and submitting the required documentation. We request applications to be submitted print to May 1st for consideration. Please plan accordingly. There is a $39 charge when submitting an online application. Paper applications are available by request only. Paper applications will incur an additional $6 charge and that charge will also be paid by the parent when submitting their application.
It is highly recommended that the 2018-2019 Financial Aid Worksheet be completed prior to completing the Financial Assistance Application. The worksheet helps prepare you to complete the application.
